Cảnh báo: Vàng nhái SJC tái xuất hiện
(PL)- Công nghệ làm vàng giả, nhái rất tinh vi nên nhiều người dân bằng mắt thường không thể phát hiện được.
Mới đây, trên một số diễn đàn vàng, nơi tập trung những người kinh doanh vàng, đã lên tiếng cảnh báo về hiện tượng váng nhái thương hiệu SJC tái xuất hiện sau một thời gian dài im hơi lặng tiếng. Trong đó, nổi lên hiện tượng rạch bao bì chống giả để đưa miếng vàng nhái vào.
Ra tiệm mới phát hiện vàng nhái
Giới kinh doanh vàng cho rằng nguyên nhân chính dẫn đến tình trạng trên là do gần đây chênh lệch giữa giá mua và giá bán vàng miếng SJC quá cao. Hiện mức chênh lệch này dao động trong khoảng 2,5-2,8 triệu đồng/lượng, trước đó có thời điểm lên đến gần 5 triệu đồng/lượng.
Bà Hằng Nga nhà ở quận Phú Nhuận, TP.HCM kể lâu nay bà chỉ mua vàng SJC tại tiệm vàng. Nhưng mới đây, do chênh lệch giữa giá mua và giá bán quá lớn nên bà đã mua lại của một người hàng xóm, thay vì ra tiệm như trước đây.
Khi thấy giá vàng tăng, bà đem bán để chốt lời tại tiệm thì bị trừ tiền vì bao bì bị xẹp hơi. Đối với một số miếng vàng có vỏ bao bị rách, tiệm yêu cầu bà cho thử vàng thì mới mua.
“Tôi đồng ý cho thử vàng thì tiệm báo đây không phải vàng đúng chuẩn SJC và chỉ mua với giá thấp hơn bình thường 2 triệu đồng/lượng” – bà Nga nói.
Chuyên gia tài chính Dương Anh Vũ, người từng làm tại một công ty kinh doanh vàng, nhận định: Vàng nhái SJC không phải là câu chuyện mới mà thường xuất hiện mỗi khi chênh lệch giá mua bán lớn như thời gian gần đây. Đáng lo ngại là không phải lúc nào vàng nhái thương hiệu SJC cũng đạt chuẩn mà có khi là vàng non tuổi, vàng kém chất lượng.
“Chưa kể khi chênh lệch giá mua bán vàng SJC bị đẩy lên cao, những người có nhu cầu mua hay bán vàng SJC dạng trao tay lại càng nhiều. Nếu không may mua phải vàng giả thương hiệu SJC thì mỗi lượng vàng có thể bị lỗ đến vài triệu đồng” – ông Vũ cho hay.
Cách duy nhất tránh vàng nhái
Giới kinh doanh vàng cảnh báo công nghệ làm giả, nhái rất tinh vi nên nhiều người dân bằng mắt thường không thể phát hiện được. Hầu hết vàng giả, nhái chỉ được phát hiện khi khách hàng mang vàng đi kiểm định hoặc bán lại.
Trao đổi với Pháp Luật TP.HCM, ông Nguyễn Công Tường, Trưởng phòng Tổ chức hành chính Công ty SJC, cho biết: Vàng nhái SJC chủ yếu là nhái về hình thức bao bì như kích thước, cỡ chữ, dập nổi… giống nhau lên đến trên 90%.
Tuy nhiên, việc chỉ ra những điểm khác biệt giữa vàng SJC thật và nhái thì không được phép phổ biến rộng rãi. Chỉ có những đơn vị đủ điều kiện kinh doanh vàng miếng theo quy định tại Nghị định 24/2012 về quản lý hoạt động kinh doanh vàng và được Ngân hàng Nhà nước cấp phép thì mới được SJC “tiết lộ bí quyết” cũng như các đặc điểm nhận dạng của vàng miếng SJC.
Dùng vàng nhái để cầm cố
Hồi tháng 8 vừa qua, Công an tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc đã khởi tố, bắt tạm giam Vũ Thị Hòa (trú thôn Đồng Câu, xã Ngọc Thanh, TP Phúc Yên, Vĩnh Phúc) nhằm điều tra hành vi đúc 27 tấn vàng giả để lừa đảo, chiếm đoạt hàng chục tỉ đồng.
Báo chí cũng dẫn nguồn tin từ cơ quan Công an huyện Cao Lãnh, Đồng Tháp cho hay hồi tháng 7 vừa qua, đối tượng Lê Thị Mỹ Hạnh đến một tiệm vàng trên địa bàn huyện để cầm hai chiếc vòng 18K với số tiền 5,5 triệu đồng. Khi tiệm vàng thử lại số vàng đã cầm mới phát hiện đó là vàng giả.
“Nếu chúng tôi chỉ ra những điểm nhận dạng riêng của vàng miếng SJC thì không khác nào vẽ đường cho hươu chạy. Bởi lẽ khi biết rõ những đặc điểm khác biệt của vàng SJC, những đối tượng lừa đảo sẽ tìm cách để hoàn thiện các lỗi trên sản phẩm nhái nhằm lừa người tiêu dùng” – ông Tường giải thích.
Vị đại diện SJC cũng nhận định những người mua bán vàng miếng không có kinh nghiệm rất khó có thể phân biệt được bằng mắt thường giữa vàng nhái và vàng không nhái. Do vậy, để an toàn và tránh thiệt hại khi mua vàng, người tiêu dùng chỉ có cách duy nhất là tìm đến các công ty kinh doanh vàng uy tín, có xuất hóa đơn. Ngoài ra, người dân có thể mua tại các cửa hàng của SJC vì tại đây có máy kiểm định phát hiện vàng nhái.
“Nếu cẩn thận hơn, người tiêu dùng có thể yêu cầu người bán ghi số sêri của từng miếng vàng. Như vậy, doanh nghiệp bán sẽ phải chịu trách nhiệm với sản phẩm vàng mà mình đã bán ra cho khách” – ông Tường nhấn mạnh.
